1. International credential

Anyone can call themselves a coach today, so there is quite a bit of chaff among the wheat. Do you want to take no risks and be sure of results? Then you’re in the right place.

My internationally recognized MCC certification – the highest possible from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – guarantees that I coach at a professional level with respect for the ethical code, including confidentiality.

To obtain this MCC certification, you must meet these requirements:

• Minimum 200 hours of coach-specific training > I have completed over 500 hours of training
• Minimum 2500 hours of coaching experience > I have over 4000 hours of experience
• Minimum 10 hours of mentoring as a coach > I have received 40 hours of mentoring
• A positive evaluation of multiple submitted coaching sessions

Every year, I invest in relevant training such as Transformational Presence and Leadership Coaching, Systemic Coaching, E-coaching, Professional Training to External Organizational Coach, Masterclass Team Coaching (ACTP training), and Insights Discovery Practitioner to strengthen my coaching skills and maintain my credential.

Before becoming a coach, I gained 20 years of experience in talent development. As an HRD manager, I developed programs and rolled them out worldwide with local partners. Do you work in a multinational? Then you know how indispensable that international experience is.
