How do we achieve these results?

Everything starts with an intake where I listen to what you experience and already look for possible causes. Then, I’ll create a plan and discuss it with you. This usually consists of individual or team coaching or a combination of both:

Do you want to improve communication and collaboration within your team? Then we evaluate where the team stands now, where it wants to go, and what is needed for that. We also map out which positive team dynamics are present, what resources the team can tap into and where potential obstacles lie. We never look for scapegoats: after all, each team member contributes to the current situation through what they do (or don’t do) …

As a coach, I don’t tell your team what to do. I challenge it, build trust, and help it find answers and a way forward. Together, we choose actions where I encourage team members to take steps in their own development journey.

I prefer to do the intake individually so each team member thinks about their own contribution. If that is not possible, a collective intake is an option. During intermediate and end evaluations, I assess progress with the coachee and the manager.

Good to know:

  • NLP, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic work, Deep Democracy, ACT, etc.: as a Master Certified Coach (ICF), I use a range of coaching techniques to increase awareness and stimulate mindset shifts and behavioral change.
  • Coaching is always goal-oriented for me. At the beginning of each program, I set goals with the coachee and the client. I then tailor the coaching to these goals and continuously adjust based on what arises.
  • I don’t just coach on behavior and competencies but also on beliefs, values, and identity. Often, blockages are at that level, for example, when a coachee believes that giving feedback damages a relationship.
  • As a coachee, you can only achieve your goals if you also take responsibility for your learning and development process. As a coach, I guide you in this, that goes without saying.
